I am attempting to come up with a conditional statement for an aspect grid that would specify a range from north to south with south facing aspects having a value of 1 and north facing aspects having a value of 0. The name of the grid is elev_aspect and the expression I have come up with is: con([elev_aspect] <= 180, [elev_aspect] / 180, 1)(360 - [elev_aspect] / 180), 0). Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, I am quite the noob. Thx.
