survey analyst Report this article as Inappropriate to us !!!Login to Reply

Is there anyone who has figured out Survey Analyst? Please contact me. I am trying to understand why I can not get attributes for the survey points I import from a data collector in an SDR file. They show up in the right place, so the program knows the data, but I cannot get the data to appear in a label, unless it was data that I originally sent to the collector. All points that I shot from are fully described, but all points derived are only showing name and date. There is no other information in the survey explorer when I look at the point with 'identify' or by selection.

My goal is to have Survey Analyst import the points from the data collector, and autotmatically draw lines based on instructions input by the surveyor. Am I asking too much. Is there some other way to handle this. Snapping only connects lines to their source. I don't want to have to determine which points are connected, by proximity to an existing feature, as these are new features being described.
