Depends on what software you're using as to how to go about this. "Making the data visible" in a table is not an intuitive software function - you have to make it happen. Every software suite must have the tools to allow you to generate these values. Look it up in HELP.
What ever software you're using, you'll have to make sure that the data has been projected to LL or DD if you want meaningful results.
If you are using ESRI products, reproject your data to DD "Geographic", open the data table, create new fields for DDX and DDY (numeric double, precision:16, scale:8), right click on the field header and use the 'calculate geometry' feature - make sure you choose the correct format from the drop-down menu. Alternately, for Lat,Long, create new fields for LLX and LLY (text, length 20), again make sure you choose the correct format.
Good Luck! Other questions, repost.
