I've seen posts on this for ArcGis, but this is for ArcView 3.3. Sorry if this is a repeat. Here's my problem:
I recently downloaded the street centerline files for the state of Kentucky from the Kentucky OGI website. I edited some of the street names and I'm trying to put them into our scheduling software that we use. I have some old street files that are very outdated and they were in State Plane 1983-Kentucky South. I can't get the new files projected this way. Therefor they're not working. I can't get them converted to go into our scheduling software. This involves converting the shapefiles to MapInfo Tab files using FME Suite Universal Translator. I had never had any trouble before, until I got these new files. The .prj file for the new files has the projection of "NAD_1983_StatePlane_Kentucky_FIPS_1600_Feet" The projection wizard that comes with ArcView 3.3 doesn't have this projection for me to put for the source file. So if anybody can please HELP ME!!!!!! I would really appreciate it. I've been working on this one problem for over a week. Thanks.
