Free UAV seminar: Mena3D & Scientific Aerospace present TopoDrone 4Scight

Oct 3, 2016 - Mena3D and partner Scientific Aerospace powered by DroneMetrex kindly invite you to the first joined full-day.

UAV seminar on the 17.10.2016 in Feldatal near.

Frankfurt, Germany – Directly after Intergeo 2016 in Hamburg! This will be an ideal opportunity for you to receive first hand expert training on the “TopoDrone 4Sight”.

During the day, there will be practical and theoretical units in order for you to gain detailed insight of the whole workflow: From set-up and mission planning to execusion of the autonomous mapping flight and the post-processing of the data. Due to the ideal location of this seminar, you will also get the chance to fly the TD-4Scight yourself

The TopoDrone-4Scight is an easy-to-use multi-rotor accurate mapping drone. It easily collectsphotogrammetric mapping data of unprecedented accuracy (20mm horizontal and better than 25mm vertical) for rapid integration into a wide range of industries including Surveying, Urban Mapping, Civil Engineering, Mining, Agriculture, Bridge and Dam Wall Mapping, Post Disaster Mapping and other industries.

What makes the TD-4Scight so unique is that there is no need for Ground Control Points –The UAV goes with PPK Direct Georeferencing Solution which logs all the high precision GPS satellites on board, synchronized to the nano-second of the camera shutter. This makes the TD-4Scight ideal if you need to map larger areas, when survey control needs to be cut to one or two points and/or the terrain is difficult to map (e.g. forests, coastal areas etc.).
