-- Mandatory Entry Control - Pre-define screen data elements that
require entry.
-- Numeric Only - Define data entry fields that require numeric entry
only.
The enhanced productivity toolset comes bundled with an array of improved functions, enhancing enterprise-wide visibility, communication and control over critical day-to-day operations, including:
-- Document Imaging - Electronically scans and stores documents for
instant access and retrieval - anytime, anywhere. Single or multiple
image files can be assigned to an accounting module or stored as an
independent image file.
-- Electronic Workflow - This powerful application electronically routes
documents for proper approval, based on pre-defined rules, to those
who need it - from a single person to an entire department.
-- Electronic Forms Management - More than thirty electronic forms are
integrated including payroll and accounts payable checks, accounts
receivable billing forms, equipment work orders, purchase orders,
quarterly and year-end based forms such as 1099s and W-2s. No third
party form suppliers are required and there are no annual maintenance
fees.
-- eCMS Distribution Center - Users can electronically burst and
distribute by email, fax or print any report or electronic form;
reports are generated as PDF documents.
