TrafficCast International to Provide Flow Data to GeoMicro for Mobile Navigation and Commercial Enterprise Solutions

Madison, WI , February 19, 2007 - TrafficCast International, Inc., the leader in traffic data aggregation and analysis, and GeoMicro, Inc., the premier provider of dynamic data applications for mobile platforms, today announced a broad product licensing agreement to integrate TrafficCast International’s real-time dynamic data with GeoMicro’s industry-leading mobile navigation and location-based services.

GeoMicro software has been chosen by both governments and industry to handle complex dynamic data integration with digital mapping applications. TrafficCast International, which aggregates real-time information from over 350 data sources, will now provide normalized data feeds and national speed and flow data reports for GeoMicro clients.

The first products powered by GeoMicro and TrafficCast were MapQuest Traffic and TrafficMap. These mobile applications, sold by a variety of Carriers, had provided accurate displays of traffic flow and incident data. With this agreement, GeoMicro will integrate TrafficCast’s Real Time Traffic information into GPS tracking and Fleet Tracking applications, enabling enterprises to more efficiently manage their mobile resources.

“TrafficCast International is a leader in the research and development of traffic data aggregation, and has the most reliable data stream of real-time flow data from across the US,” said Dave Ransier, Vice President of GeoMicro. “This agreement will further advance the value of our solutions for the mobile navigation and commercial vehicle Telematics markets.”

“GeoMicro has demonstrated a commitment to advancing the technology available to mobile navigation applications, particularly in the challenging area of dynamic data integration” said Connie Li, CEO of TrafficCast. “We’re pleased that our traffic engineering expertise and advanced information technologies will further support the current and future needs of GeoMicro clients.”
