Monroe County, N.Y., Awards Contract to Landata Technologies Inc. for Landata e-STAR Plus(TM), an Enhanced Electronic Document Land Management System

HOUSTON—(BUSINESS WIRE)—June 6, 2007— Landata Technologies, Inc. announced that Monroe County, N.Y., (Rochester) is awarding a contract to install the Landata e-STAR Plus land document recording system in 2007.

Upon completion of a technical review of the Landata e-STAR Plus System, Monroe County concluded that the e-STAR system offered the best value proposition.

"More than 10 companies submitted proposals to Monroe County and they selected Landata Technologies as their new recordation vendor," stated Alan Cellura, president and chief executive officer of Landata Technologies. "We are pleased that Monroe County selected Landata Technologies Inc. Their decision will improve client service and offers the opportunity to incorporate salient cost-effective technologies like e-recording."

All land documents will be recorded through Monroe County's new Landata e-STAR Recordation System(TM).

Monroe County is located in the Finger Lakes region of New York state and is the third-largest county in the state, comprised of 19 towns and 10 villages and the city of Rochester. Monroe County has a population of approximately 800,000 people.

The installation of the Landata e-STAR(TM) Plus system is planned for the fourth quarter of 2007.
