SZANSA to present KOMPAS-3D in Poland

ASCON Group, the developer of software solutions for Mechanical Computer-Aided Design, signed a partnership agreement with Uslugi Informatyczne SZANSA, well-known distributor of budget and mid-range CAD software in Poland. Companies collaborate since the year 2007 and now SZANSA is an Official Value Added Reseller of ASCON' solutions.

To become closer and more available for customers in Poland a new web-site of award-winning Mechanical CAD solution www.kompas-3d.pl was launched and now companies are working together at localization of Polish version. In the nearest future users will be able to work in the program not only in English, German, French and Czech, but also in Polish language. SZANSA will distribute, provide training and support of clients throughout the country, as well as provide currently users with a great opportunity to update their KOMPAS solutions from one of above-mentioned languages to Polish version absolutely for free.

From 10 to 13 June in Bielsko-Biala, Poland, ASCON held KOMPAS-3D training seminar intended for partners, representatives of Educational Institutions and industrial enterprises, who wished to familiarize with the abilities of the professional Mechanical CAD solution KOMPAS-3D. During an intensive training period ASCON specialist made participants acquainted with the basis of parametric 3D Modelling, 2D Drafting and Design, as well as with Assemblies Creation and Sheet-Metal Modelling in KOMPAS-3D. Significant part of event was dedicated to Add-Ons and Novelties in KOMPAS-3D, which provide additional abilities, such as APM Studio, by means of which it is possible to create surface or solid models, to specify boundary conditions and to generate a finite element mesh. Traditionally the seminar was finished by awarding of all the participants with KOMPAS-3D Professional Certificates.
