Imaging3 to Debut 3D Real-Time Imaging Software and Perspective Interface at the RSNA Trade Show

BURBANK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Nov 19, 2008 -- Imaging3™, Inc. (OTCBB: IMGG), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, today provided insight into the Company's plans to introduce the first production-level 3D imaging software for the Dominion Vi Scanner™ (DViS) at the RSNA, Radiological Society of North America, trade show which is held annually in Chicago, IL. The RSNA trade show occurs this year from November 30, 2008 through December 4, 2008 and is the largest medical imaging trade show in the world, boasting over 70,000 in annual attendants from all over the globe.

"This is our fifth year exhibiting at RSNA and we anticipate a successful showing as we introduce our highly anticipated new and Imaging3's proprietary, 3D Orthographic Perspective Interface Software and new imagery," stated Dean Janes, Chairman and CEO of Imaging3. "The 3D Perspective Software and Interface displays the 3D real-time imagery utilizing a proprietary algorithm developed exclusively by Imaging3, in three dimensions in real-time on standard two dimensional monitors. This breakthrough technology in combination with our Dominion Vi Scanner allows physicians to view the human body interactively. While the DViS system provides superior imaging capabilities for existing procedures, its greatest contribution will come from interventional procedures that are not possible without the functionality of Imaging3's 3D real-time medical imaging system," stated Mr. Janes.

"With this software release Imaging3 accomplishes a highly anticipated milestone in bringing our technology to market. The images we will unveil in Chicago this year will be dramatic and as a result we expect to garner significant interest from both attendees and exhibitors alike. We expect the new software and imagery we will unveil in Chicago to generate significant interest from both attendees and exhibitors alike," concluded Mr. Janes.

The company also announced that Mr. Janes will appear on MoneyTV on Friday November 21st and November 28th to discuss the importance of this year's RSNA Conference and the impact the DViS technology will bring to the practice of medicine. The interviews can be seen over the Internet at www.moneytv.net or on cable television channels worldwide. Attendees of the RSNA Conference can find Imaging3 in Booth #3853 adjacent to the General Electric and Toshiba Booths.
