ESRI and GIS Development stated that they would hold “Geospatial Technology Update” seminars in Manila, as well as in Jakarta, Indonesia; Bangkok, Thailand; Hanoi, Vietnam; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; starting in January 2010. They are embarking on these seminars to address the challenges that mapping agencies in Southeast Asia are facing.
